天氣開始熱了, 正餐吃不下去, 多吃水果也好! 用有機純鮮奶做的奶酪也提供了身體需要的蛋白質. 是一個很解暑跟營養的不錯小點心喔! 最主要最法非常簡單, 而且 15 分鐘就可以囉!!!
材料:
有機全脂鮮奶 800ml Organic whole milk 800ml
吉利丁片 5 片 Gelatine sleeve 5 sleeves
芒果 1 顆 Mango 1 medium size
奇異果 2 顆 Kiwi fruit 2
草莓 3-5 顆 Strawberry 3-5
把吉利丁片先泡在冷水裡面.
Soak the geltaine sleeves in cold water until soften
把所有的水果都切成丁. Dice up all the fruits into cubes
把已經軟化的吉利丁片擠乾, 加入已經溫熱的牛奶中
Squeeze the soften gelatine sleeves to get rid of excess water and add into warmed milk.
繼續攪拌均勻讓吉利丁片完全的溶化以後, 加入切好的水果
Stir well and make sure the gelatine sleeves have completely melted and add in the cubed fruits.
放在自己喜歡的容器裡面, 放涼
Put in desired container, let it cool.
整個五彩繽紛
在這裡我用做優格的罐子. 把蓋子蓋起來以後放進去冰箱裡面過夜到凝固.
I used yogurt container here. Screw on the lids and put into the fridge overnight until solidified.
有蓋子非常方便喔!
完成囉!!!! 超級香~水果的酸甜酸甜不膩口! (偷吃了一口)
**吉利丁片跟液體的比例是 1: 125ml**
**Ratio between gelatine sleeve and liquid is 1:125ml**
**如果想要增加奶香可是不想要有負擔, 可以加 1-2 大匙烘培專用全脂乾奶粉**
**Free feel to add in 1-2 tablespoons of dry whole milk powder to increase the taste and scent**
**想要甜一點的可以在溫牛奶中加入砂糖**
**If you want it to be sweeter, you can add in some sugar into the warm milk**
